Loved leisurely walking around this spacious and beautifully presented store. Was looking for linnen up grades for a spare room. Not only found what I was looking for but also gained presentation ideas. Very impressed with the sustainable idea of no plastic as linen comes in a matching fabric bag labelled with the sizes. Great for home storage when you have beds of different sizes!

The staff are usually friendly but there are odd ones that are grumpy and not very helpful. The products are worth the buy when on sale. Although keep in mind that the furnitures, although looks good, are not of the best quality.

I spend almost $3000, they have half of the products on stock and promise me to delivery in 2 weeks. I did not receive any details about delivery until I contact them. They charge you $100 to get membership discount". After a month arrived just 3 products of 14. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I haven't been to an Adairs for years, because a lot of the stuff I bought then I've still got, very helpful staff , excellent quality bedding, a little pricey, but you pay for quality.Got a membership and saved $150.

Excellent service and beautifully presented store. Sometimes they're out of stock on items but will order in and phone when available. I've always been able to lock in a sale price this way too. I received excellent advice regarding sheet thread count and have since been very happy with the set recommended to me. This store is a stand alone shop which is convenient for me as I work in the area, and, I can always get parking quickly as opposed to going to the Westfield shopping centre nearby.
