Purchased throws, mats, and rugs from Bambury twice. I really like their products and think that they are of good quality. For my second purchase I received an order confirmation by email but never received an email of delivery tracking details. After several days of not knowing when my order would be shipped, I emailed Bambury to which no response was ever received, but the order arrived the very next day anyway. Other than the fact that Bambury is far from NSW so that the orders usually take longer to arrive, I’m quite happy with Bambury and likely to be a returning customer.

There was an issue with my order that I was charged the money but the system didn't receive the purchase, and therefore no invoice.I emailed the costumer service (I was afraid I'll be dismissed and lose my money) but they immediately contacted me back and sorted it out within a day.- Good service- Good productsThanks!:D
